Everytime i boot my Mac up, i'm getting a keyboard setup wizard telling me to press the key on the right hand side of the left shift key to set up my keyboard.

However, when i do this (Mac Mini by the way) it says 'you have pressed a key on your build-in keyboard. Please press the keys on your external keyboard'

I only have an external keyboard though? The Apple pro one, and that's the only thing, other than my mouse, that's connected to the PC?

Any ideas?

no, there were nothing connected.

However, the problem now appears to have fixed itself.

I'll keep my eye on the mac though, there's an Apple store fairly near me, so i'll take it to the Genius Bar if there's anymore issues.

Thanks!

I have had the exact same problem on 2 new iMac G5s, but again, they seem to have fixed themselves. I have read that if you close the wizard when it asks you to press the key it will go away and not come back. I would like to know what causes this though.
