Small to Large Window Video Issue?

Specs: 2011 iMac 21-inch, 2.5GHz i5, Lion 10.7.4.

Ever since I upgraded to 10.7.4, when I watch a YouTube video and click the "full screen" icon, the screen blurs/discolors in bright red/yellow colors for several seconds until the full screen opens and the video plays normally.

I've heard of some of the black screen problems, etc. but this is odd.

Anyone else seeing this problem?
