Here's a little interesting change I found in the new software: when moving apps around, it takes significantly longer for them to start moving around. Also the folders automatically move to show the bottommost, usually invisible row of apps. The latter at least is a welcome change to iOS.

This does not come without a price, however. The new os seems much more laggy and slow than 4.1 or even 4.0. My new 4g is starting to feel like the 2g it replaced.
