Hi all,

Just a quick question: is there a way to set the border of text within a cell in a table in pages? There seems to be .2mm or so on all sides, is there a way to get this down to .1 or .05?

Suggestions appreciated!

Check the table inspector. I use points, so I'm not sure how that relates to mm, but you can see what it does for you.

Thanks ... where would that be in the table inspector? Cell borders just refers to the width of the outline of a cell, right? Basically, I want to have text closer to that outline, not to make that line thicker or thinner.

Use the inset margin in the text inspector. The left-hand cell has a 5 pt. inset margin, the right one has a 1 pt. inset margin.
