Looking at specs, if you are watching a video sideways, the X will shorter vertically but will be longer horizontally due to the fact it goes all the way to edge making the video look hideous. There is a setting that you can click that eliminates that but then the video doesn't just cut from side, but the top too. So overall it actually becomes smaller on sides and top to get a true video aspect.
To me, the bigger screen has always been key and I want the same exact size of the plus screen on the X but doesn't appear to be the case.
