Smallest magnetic lightning adapter?

I've decided to get a magnetic lightening adapter, to replicate MagSafe.

I want a small adapted, as I'll probably leave t plugged in 24/7, so size matters (this time anyway!), and the smaller the better.

Does anybody have any recommendations for slim/small adapters?
