Hey. I have been reading through posts and doing some research on laptop messenger bags as I just changed from a macbook to the mbp. I want the smallest possible bag because I think that huge messenger bags on normal sized girls kind of look stupid sometimes. Any suggestions?

There are quite a few messenger bag manufacturers that produce various sizes of bags. I'm sure you can find what you are looking for just by checking out their product lines.

An alternative to the established bag brands
Probably too late to make a difference but I recently moved from a 17" mbp to a 15" mbp which rattled about in the foam padded sleeve of my oversized crumpler. Always meant to get another sleeve but ended up just carrying it loose in a smaller messenger style bag from TinTac. I'll probably have to re-think again when I move to the Air but it works great for me at the moment. Bit of a bloke's bag though.
