Hello!

After being fed up of constantly worrying if my 6S will get me through the day I opted for a smart battery case.

It's a great piece of kit and I'm really impressed, I really like the design, it's really comfortable to hold!

One thing I have noticed is it seems to take forever to charge. I plugged it in at 4:45 am and at 11:00 am it's only on 80%. Is this normal?

Thanks!

Unless you're using a 12W charger, the phone is going to be charged first and then the case... That could explain what's happening here. If you're using the regular charging brick that comes with the iPhone, this is how it'll work. If you use an iPad charger or another 12W charger, it'll charge the phone and the case at the same time.

AFAIK the case outputs 1a, so a 12w charger will only charge the case faster, but not the phone.
