How Apple make up for this? By providing a better way to charge your phone. This is what the smart connector is for. It is both wireless and fast charging. Apparently it'll be better than charging via lightning port. So now you can use the lightning port and charging your phone at the same time. Yup it sucks that we probably have to buy extra accessories like the wireless pad and the converter.
