Smart Contact Group won't sync

I made a smart contact group in my address book, but it doesn't seem to want to sync with MM web or my iphone. When I make a regular group it works however. Any idea?

I had same problem but above link fixed it for me
Basically you have to create a regular group for every smart group you have.
and you can drag in your smart group into the regular group you created. It looks messed up in address book but now you can sync it to your iphone ^^
