New iPad with grey smart cover... When I flip the cover around to the back, the panel closest to the volume controls doesn't want to stay stuck to the back of the iPad.

This is my first 'Pad, so I'm wondering if this is normal, or if anyone else is experiencing this?

That's normal. There are no magnets that hold the smart cover to the back of the ipad. I usually fold the smart cover in half so that it attaches to itself and hold it that way.

There are some rigid plastic covers that include a magnet on the back to hold that flap against the back of the ipad.

Thanks, I'll look into that.:)
