Smart Cover: Which way do you fold it?

I find that if I fold the Smart Cover in the default way(Leather inside, microfibre outside), the microfibre lining picks up too much dust and debris. With the tougher leather on the outside, I find it not only protects the microfibre, but it's more durable.

EDIT: Don't fold it that way, for use as a vertical video/picture frame.

I make sure the surface is relatively clean before I put anything on it.

I hear some people use tape to clean up and apply screen protectors or compressed air.
