Hi,

I am going to buy an IPad 2 when it comes out in the UK. At the moment I am thinking about getting the smart cover to protect it. But there have been many complaints about it not being very protective. Do you think it is?

Any help would be great

I think it works great. using it as a stand/prop-up is slick. protective? yea. I'd say so. I baby my devices so it works. Also gonna put on a Best Skins Ever today once I get motivated. Don't think the Smart cover would really do much if say, you dropped your iPad 2 onto the floor or sat on it.
