Hi Guys,

Does anyone know the iPad Pro smart keyboard & Silicone Case weight?

It would be interesting to compare the two together with the iPad pro?

I can't calculate the exact weight, but having both on the iPad makes a noticeable but not problematic weight increase. The iPad Pro is so well balanced, that the only real issue with adding these accessories is the keyboard is a little unbalanced in contrast. Still, the package together is lightweight, protected, and functional. I love it.

I liked the silicone case with a smart cover, but it was too thick and heavy with the keyboard attached. I'm much happier with keyboard and no back case. The ebay rear shell that's been going around is much thinner and lighter. It's pretty nice.

Just got the keyboard last night. Have the case and keyboard cover today at work and carry my iPad to various meetings. It is a heavy beast. Will be trying it out to see if i get more used to it, it is still early.

Which one?

I use and enjoy the back silicone case and the smart keyboard. I recently weighed it and it came in about 5oz less then my 13inch MacBook Air. I'm not sure how I feel about that...

Yes the keyboard and case add a bit of weight.....

But if that little extra weight causes you problems, you better start lifting!

:p

Seriously, like you're going to struggle with it?
