I don't understand what smart mailboxes are and what benefit they can have to me. Right now, I find it frustrating because there is a number next to my Hotmail which is under the smart mailboxes that is getting bigger and I can't access it. When I click on the Hotmail with the number 38 next to it, I can't open anything. Can somebody please help explain what this is, what it means and how to view it or disable it. Thanks for your help in advance.
