When I was running High Sierra on both of my iMacs, I could create a smart Mailbox on one machine and it would automatically sync up on the other iMac.

However, since I upgraded one to Mojave, they no longer do so. (I had to do a clean install, then reinstall . the specific programs I run. Also, I have not yet upgraded the second iMac.)

I have verfied that they are both logged into the same iCloud account, Calendar, Messages, and Notes all sync up fine.

Is there some setting that I am missing somehow?

Problem solved: I added a new Smart Mailbox to the upgraded iMac, and all of a sudden, all of the smart mailboxes appeared.
