Hi guys, I've found a funny bug with smart zoom.

In essence, when you smart zoom on a window that does not support pinch-to-zoom, it send the event to the window behind. If you put two windows behind, it sends it to the window in the back. Quite funny.
Just in case: Using a 2010 iMac with Magic Trackpad.
Lion fresh install, not the upgrade. 10.7.0
