My iPad 2 screen got smashed in my bag today.

I have it insured through Protect Your Bubble, but my question is, since it's a 64GB 3G on Orange contract, what's the protocol for getting it replaced? Do I need to contact Orange AND Protect Your Bubble? Do I need to take the SIM out? Etc etc

I'm in the UK

Cheers

Call the insurance company. From the Protectyourbubble website:

Claims and customer service enquiries (for policies bought prior to 03/05/11)
0845 250 5535
Claims and customer service enquiries (for policies bought after 03/05/11)
0844 3463 970

take the SIM out of the smashed one, then get the replacement from the insurance and put the SIM card from the old one into the new one.

orange would not want to know, they wouldn't be of any help in the slightest.
