Hi.
I have a feeling that MacOS samba implementation grants Windows users a read-write access to shared directories by default, regardless of the settings.
I need to share one directory as read-only.
For that I have created user 'Shared' and assigned to him 'Read Only' permissions.
I have attached the shared folder to Windows 10 by using 'Shared' user credentials.
But I still can read and write into the Backup folder from Windows which makes no sense!!!
Did anybody else come across the same issue and how you have it resolved??
