I have a 10TB Windows Home Server share that has a 1TB folder share of Photos that I access from several devices on the network.

To increase performance in Lightroom on my iMac, I would like to have an exact copy of the folder share on my 3TB fusion drive.

To do this, I need any changes that I make to the local folder be pushed up to the Server. And, any changes that happen on the server to be synced down to the folder on my Fusion Drive(2-way sync).

Years ago you could easily do this with Foldershare.com or Mesh.com, but both of those are no longer available since they have been merged into SkyDrive.com (without the local syncing, unfortunately).

The closest thing I have found that can easily do this is BitTorrent sync. However, I haven't learned enough about it to feel comfortable with it. I just need LAN syncing nothing cloud based.

Do you guys have any thoughts or suggestions?
