Hey guys,

So I put in 2x 2GB sticks of RAM, and a crucial m4 SSD into my '07 MB 2,1

what an improvement.
But it seems like my fan tends to rev up when it doesn't necessarily need to..

Even when the temp is at say 65c it starts revving to around 4000rpm. Is that normal? what is the ideal temperature for my MB to be running at without fan?

Anyways the problem is, on fan control I set my "minimum" fan speed in preferences, but I cant seem to manually Stop or slow down the speed increase when it does speed up. Any alternatives? or should I just get used to the faster fan speeds cause of the SSD?

thanks!

Wes
