For first, hi there :)
I have an mid 2008 MacBook Pro, some time ago (about 4 month for now) i observe thats, my computer dosen't charge propertly (only for 75%, eg.) so i've read some opinions over internet and perform an a SMC reset, after that my computer dosen't start anymore. How I've done:
1) Turned off computer
2) Remove Battery
3) Hold down power button for 5 sec
4) replaced battery
5) trying turn on computer, but thats failed. I cant turn on it anymore.

Thanks for any advice,
Regards,
Michael.

Make sure the battery is connected properly.
Also try with the power connector.

It dosen't work on cable, with or without battery.
Green LED on magsafe magnet plug is lighting very dimmed.
Sleep light also dosent lightening.

did you try and do a SMC reset without plugging in the power charger? if so, that's why. Try and so another SMC reset; hold for at least 15 seconds.

There is nothing in resetting the SMC that can "break" your computer.

Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
The actual steps are as follows:
  1. Shut down the computer.
  2. Disconnect the MagSafe power adapter from the computer, if it's connected.
  3. Remove the battery.
  4. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
  5. Release the power button.
  6. Reconnect the battery and MagSafe power adapter.
  7. Press the power button to turn on the computer.
This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

I remove a charger cable and battery, hold down buttons etc, then i reconnect battery and charger. From then it cannot run.

I cannot do anything, computer seems to be death...

Take it to Apple.

And here is the funny part...
