SMC reset with external PC keyboard

Hi, I'm having trouble with resetting SMC on my MBA 2013. Suddenly the power button on on keyboard doesnt work and i cant seem to reset SMC at all. Anybody here knows how to reset it with external PC keyboard. Thanks in advance.
