so i just downloaded Smc fan control.

and it shows 1 temperature...that is totally about 12-15C higher than any of the temperatures in iStat Pro.

so my question the temperature that Smc shows, which component is that?

no one knows the difference for SMC's temp and the temps in Istat Pro?

SMC Fan Control or better still UltraFan are accurate and offer user customisation of the cooling plan, some other apps have yet to catch up with the latest CPU`s. If you just want a detailed monitor Bresink`s Temperature Monitor is the way to go and is accurate on latest CPU`s, for reduced temperatures UltraFan is best right now for most circumstances, and the way to go.

For a happy life, ignore them both, and just get on with using your Mac.

Fans will go on when it's hot. Perhaps they might start slightly too late or slightly too early for some notion of what is "ideal". But generally, the OS will manage it fine and doesn't need you to watch over it.
