Smooth scroll on Firefox or other browsers?

I loved Safari for the extremely smooth two-finger scrolling. With firefox and other browsers such as Omniweb, I can't get the scrolling as smooth as it is in Safari. Is there any way or are there any other browsers out there that will allow me to scroll as smoothly as in Safari? I'm against using Safari 3 because it appears rather buggy with certain sites including Gmail...I wish Apple would fix it already

I think its called pixel-scrolling, latest firefox 3 nightly seems have this fixed, you can try it out (install, goto preference, advanced, enable smooth scroll) at ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk

Try Safari 3 again, its come leaps and bounds...

Smooth scroll on Firefox 3 is utterly terrible...the scrolling is laggy and sluggish and I would rather use it with smooth scroll disabled. BTW, I tried downloading the 3.0b4 version from the link you gave me but it showed a program called "Minefield".

it is called minefield because its not final. just try it out, see how do you like it.
