is there any replacement of stock messages app? please please help me..Here mobile data connections are painfully slow and secondly WiFi is not accessible everywhere
 
So you want to use the messages app without an internet connection?

You can disable iMessage in Settings > Messages > iMessage.

Or are you trying to achieve something else?
