Hi All,
How can we send sms to a particular server and recieve some information inform of sms from the same server and use the information, delete the sms using iPhone SDK.

You can't using the SDK or the SMS URL scheme. You might reach a partial solution by providing your own SMS gateway, but you'd need to be more specific with what you're trying to achieve.
