SMS Code for Text Used?

Hi,

My friend just told me about this code that you dial: *646# which sends you a text on how many minutes you've used on the phone.

I'm wondering if anybody knows the code for the amount of text used? He was saying there was one but I couldn't find it in the ATT website.
