SMS Emoticons (not emoji)

Hi guys, I was just wondering if there was any cydia app out there that can make the smiley icons appear as actual smileys e.g. rather than them displaying as their standard icons e.g. : D : ) : ( I know you can use emoji but that only works if the other person has emoji too. I just want to enable it so that when my friends send my smileys which they've typed on their phone that it actually display the smiley..I hope people know what I mean, thanks in advance

my friends doesn't have emoji , yet they can view the emoji icons that I send.

Your friends does not need to have emoji on their iPhone to see the smiley. As a matter of fact, emoji is now in iOS 5. Just check under international keyboards

I would like this too. emoji only work iPhone to iPhone and I can't be bothered to keep track of who has what phone.

emojii has always been in I thought - it was just hidden and those apps unlocked?
