I installed Trucaller app and enabled its SMS filter. It started to stop notifications from my bank's messages and filter them into the junk folder. There is no way to unblock a sender. Within the app itself, you can add phone numbers into a whitelist, but the sender ID of may bank is YAPIKREDI, since it's not a number, I cannot unblock it.

I disabled Trucaller spam filter, so messages in the junk folder are back in the main folder again, but with an addition in their sender ID's. YAPIKREDI becomes "Maybe junk: YAPIKREDI". It is annoying. I uninstalled Trucaller and installed another sms filter with hopes of whitelisting is available. But again YAPIKREDI messages are sorted into the junk folder, once it is marked as spam, you cannot unmark it with iOS itself!

I don't want to delete the message thread to start from scratch, there are tons of important messages.

SOLVED: This time I added sender's ID to the telephone part of the contact, no the name, in a moment the message thread was unspammed, then I deleted the contact as it is not needed anymore.
