SMS gets stuck on 99%, doesn't receive text either

help my iPhone 3gs gets stuck on 99% when sending SMS's and doesn't receive texts either. I'm on iOS 5.1 and started getting this problem a few months ago but only recently has it stopped receiving texts as well. I am on O2 living in Essex, please help!

Sounds like a network problem. Have you tried ringing O2?

Yes but they just say it's a hardware issue :/
