SMS GV Extension

I just installed SMS GV Extension, and everything seems to be working fine except contact numbers. Text messages display as if they are from another number. Each contact has a unique number, and each text message is preceded by their name. For example, if Steve J has the phone number 123-456-7890 in my phone the text may show up like the following:

+1(202)-444-4321
Steve J -- Hi

I can respond to that unique number and it shows up fine on the other person's phone. Has anyone else had this problem? It seems to be the case in the messages app and in BiteSMS but not in the GoogleVoice App.

Any ideas?
