I did a clean install to iphone... is it possible to send my sms history from yosemite to iphone?

Did you back up the iPhone prior to wiping it? If so, plug it into your computer and choose "restore from backup." Then choose the backup on your hard drive that you want to use. (You probably have only one choice.)
