SMS huge problem... help plzzzzzzzzzz

Hi i have a problem . Bought iphone yest only. loving it . unlocked in india. working great except i am not receving sms. its sending out but not receving. please help.

Also one more thing if i go to settings in phone settings what is TTY on and off

It is for deaf and other people with hearing impairments. Has nothign to do with your SMS problem.

why in the world would he call apple?

To narrow it down, consider taking the SIM out and putting into another phone. If you still have problems, it is the SIM or your service provider - call them. If it only occurs on the iPhone.... well it shouldn't, but I don't know how you would address it.

ya i cant even call apple up as its an nlocked phone...
i am just hoping it gets okay.... have ordered a new sim.... hope that sorts off the problen

hi suraj. which network you are on? I unlocked two iPhones yesterday and tested with Hutch(vodafone) in delhi. Both are sending and receiving sms without any problem. Can you receive messages when you use this sim in another phone.

A new sim should do the trick for you, I think the sim card is the problem
