SMS issues after upgrading to iOS 8.4

Since upgrading to iOS 8.4, SMS text messages are slow to arrive. I haven't tried sending them since I don't really use SMS (I pay per text), but I had Apple send me a code and it showed up a few minutes later along with the 3 other codes I requested and one test message I sent from Google Voice.

I've seen various reports in other forums of people complaining about either getting delay SMS texts or not receiving them at all. It doesn't seem to be carrier specific. I'm using AT&T, but I've seen people also reporting problems with T-Mobile.

Anyone else having a problem.

Move to Denver. No problems here and am on AT&T, too.

FYI, T-Mobile's texting issues were related to a problem on the T-Mobile network, and affected all phones on their network, nationwide. Not just iPhones.

As for AT&T, who knows.
