SMS mailbox is full ? whats this warning ?

OK... so anyone want to tell me what this means and how i fix it ????

Never had this come up in the 3 years I have had an iPhone....

It's something new with iOS 4.0. Apple has put a limit of 75,000 SMS messages on a single iPhone. To remove it, just start deleting messages.

Who needs 75,000 text messages saved from 3 years?
