Since i installed iOS4 monday I've had 5 incidences where an outgoing text just hung there and i received no incoming texts until i restarted the phone. This happened on both my 3gs and my new iPhone 4 so its def a software issue. anyone else?

mine stopped doin it after the first few days of having it except for 1 time this week at my buddies house but it's been fine since then too
