SMS, Pictures, Settings, Etc

Quick question for you guys....

Once I receive my iPhone 4G, will texts, pictures taken with the 3G iPhone, and other misc settings be transferred over to the new phone once I sync up ?

If you load a previous backup of your 3G, yes.

Edit: I'm not sure about pictures (in the camera roll, at least), someone might have to clarify on that one... I usually sync the photos on my camera roll to my computer regardless

You can use a previous back up or start as new and select things to transfer over. Your choice really.

Suppose to be here in a few hours...!

You must back up your 3G first, and when you sync your IP4, you can restore from the backup. However, you might need to sync your photos separately, but I am not sure.

If you are on a mac, transfer your photos with iPhoto. I am not sure what you can use on Windows
