SMS Preview and 2.0

So I searched this forum and the intraweb, but it only applied to the first gen.

I have gone through the Passcode Lock feature, and disable SMS Preview, however... short SMS messages will still completely appear.

Is there anyway to complete disable this feature all together where just a little number will appear on the SMS icon and no pop up screen shows up?
