Recently I have been having problems with sending and receiving SMS messages. I don't get others' text and they don't get mine.

Contact your carrier.

So it is not a hardware or software problem? My carrier AT&T.

That's weird. If you have texting enabled with AT&T, they should go through. Perhaps it's not activated on your account. I agree that you should check with AT&T before considering it a glitch on your iPhone.

Yeah, call AT&T first and if they say everything looks good. If they say everything is good, restore your iPhone and see if you're able to send/receive messages.
