iPhone SMS received but not any sound.

Hello.
In "Notification" part and "Messages" section everything is OK and tone is default too but when SMS received then no sound.
I turned iPhone Off and On but not matter. My iPhone is 7.
Any idea to solve it?

I’ve been getting this on my 8+, even on the latest beta. Switch off and on usually resolves this issue for me.
