Don't know if this is OFN but SMS Relay not only forwards to your Mac and iPad (running iOS 8.1 and Yosemite respectively) but it also forwards to another iPhone as well.

I have a company issued iPhone 5S with text messaging disabled (crazy company policy, go figure) but I can set it up so that I can receive SMS messages from my personal iPhone 6 and have it forwarded to my 5S and reply back from it.

I can't however, initiate a new SMS from my work phone on behalf of my personal but it definitely comes in handy if someone has two iPhones or trying to decide and field test an iPhone 6 and Plus and not miss any SMS! :)

Yup, even forwards messages and calls to the 5th gen iPod touch. It's great that they went ahead and made continuity compatible between ALL iOS 8 devices, instead of just going "Meh, people probably wouldn't need to have access to their SMS on two iPhones or an iPhone and iPod touch etc"
