SMS TEXT Size

I need help with what is probably an old problem. I can't see the tiny font is my sms text messages. Before I go back to Blackberry, can anyone help me enlarge the size of the font?

Is there a third party app that I could use?

To answer you're question, no. Atleast not in the App Store. App Store apps can't change the functionality of the default applications on the phone. There might be something in installer or cydia though, I havn't looked there.
