smtp server

i am currently using webmail exchange on my iphone. I can receive mail quite easelly, but i cannot seem to find an outgoing server that works. i tried cwmx.com but it will only work through edge. I used to be able to send mail through my wireless network with smpt.mymmode.com but now i cant. Any ideas?

Who is your ISP? Have you tried their smtp server?
