My wife and I use Cox for our ISP and this is unfortunately not the first time this problem has occurred. Without warning, her desktop machine will not send email (see error message below). Her laptop, with identical SMTP settings, will still send. I have rebuilt her cox account, but this does no good. The last time this problem occurred, it took the upgrade to Snow Leopard to get rid of the problem and I don't think she wants to wait until 10.7 is released! Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
