well it looks like they just released this, i was wondering does this build come with cydia and all i do is plug it in run the program and thats it? Also i can unjail break it we needed correct?

Also do i have to be on that current version, and if i later upgrade to a later version of an unbroken update will it then unjailbreak me?

Also what is the difference per jailbreak, i know they all have their different names but what do the others have to offer compared to this one.

Yes, you can go up to 4.2.7 and use that snowbreeze version to JB it.
If you upgrade later to stock firmware or restore to stock firmware thru itunes you will lose the JB that's all.
All JB tools accomplish the same, JB the device. Some are better at it and other ones are buggy.

Yes, updating will get rid of the jailbreak. All jailbreaks install Cydia. I've noticed that some jailbreaks are more stable than others.

which ones should i look out for, the ones that are from the iphone dev team and where do those people originate from and why trust them over these snowbreeze people?

Those guys originate from the internet:D
But since there is no other untethered JB for the cdma 4.2.7 firmware I'd give it a shot. If its unstable you can always restore to official firmware and wait for a new JB from The Dev Team.

Ok who should i look out for?

Been following ih8sn0w on twitter and seems to get along with the usual big names in the jb community, i wouldnt heaitate to use his tools.

I've used sn0wbreeze for 4.2.1 onwards and they've all been fine.

I think one of his early releases had some issues and that turned some people off from it. Of course Dev-Team's JBs have permanently whacked a lot of people's GPS yet they don't catch the same heat. Weird.

That happens when the ipad baseband is installed on the 3G and 3GS iphone in order to unlock and the warning about losing GPS function and the ability to restore to official firmware is given.
Its up to the user to choose to go for it or not.

i did the sn0wbreeze jailbreak for my 4.2.7 iphone and everything was fine except for ibooks. it gave me an error about my iphone configuration.

Also when you jailbreak does it swipe the phone or will it keep my applications?
