Anyone else returning their pre-ordered phone because they got one sooner in-store? My preorder delivery is all screwed up so I won’t be getting it until next week. I was able to snag one from an Apple Store yesterday. Is the return easy? Drop off at an Apple store for refund and cancellation of Apple Card installment payments? I’ll return it unopened. Who has experience with this? I know there are people just as impatient as me. 🤣😂

Returns/exchanges with Apple are VERY easy! You have a 14 day return window for any reason.

Last year I exchanged a 13 PM about 3-4 times due the “gap” issue.
 
Had a pre order on a 14 pro and was able to get a 14pm the next day but it was ready same day . Took the 14pm but only got 128gb . Going to exchange for at least 256gb
 
I need to return or exchange my SB Pro Max. It looks to have a finger print smudge under the back of the glass. Now I have to wait till inventory is replenished. I doubt Apple Stores have any on hand for issues like this.
