After researching MagSafe alternatives for the 2018 MBP, I decided on the Snapnator Pro as it supports 87W charging. Ordered on September 8th, and it arrived today. Keep in mind that it's being shipped from Beijing,
China.
Build quality - not much to really say given it's size and what it's designed to do. The magnet is just about as strong as the MagSafe adapter for my 2013 MBP. It snaps in solid - make sure you decide which USB-C you want to dedicate to charging. It doesn't block access to the second USB-C port on the same side.
It sticks out about 3/16th's of an inch (keep that in mind if you have the Apple leather slip-case).
Bottom line - it does what it says it does. It addresses Apple's decision to abandon the MagSafe adapter (which is my only complaint about the 2018 MacBook Pro)
