Snapz Pro X 2 worth it....

Hi

I plan to make a demo of a web site that I have helped build. I'm looking at Snapz Pro X 2 and it would appear to do what I want. But, before I jump in, has anyone used anything else to develop tutorials from screen actions? I'll be recording audio to go with it, and will probably end up converting it to flash.

I have noticed a number of PC apps that will do the recording, editing and export, and very "cheaply". I want an OS X app though?

Any recommendations.
