Snl and fission or parallels which is easeir and best?

Got snow leo installed and wanted to see which virtual app was better to use for windows either

Fission or
parallels?

Is one easier to use and set up, or what would the differences be?

I will be using xp as I do not like windows 7 or vista, windows 7 is too much like vista to me and I like xp

any comparrisons between the virtual machines?

Please do not mention virtual box as I dont care about !
specifically fission and or parallels?

It's called VMWare Fusion, as we all know fusion is the source of tomorrow's energy, not that dirty fission.
